In the management of the intraabdominal testis, one or two stage Fowler-Stephens procedure or orchidopexy by high testicular vessel transection with microvascular reanastomosis of the testicular vessels to the inferior epigastric vessels have been suggested. The Fowler-Stephens procedure has a success rate of no greater than 80 %. However, there are reports with more than 90 % success rate in autotransplantation. In this study two patients with intraabdominal

İntraabdominal testisin tedavisinde tek ya da iki evreli Fowler-Stephens orflidopeksi ya da testiküler damarların yüksek seviyeden bağlanıp kesilerek inferior epigastrik arter ve vene mikrocerrahi yöntemle anastomoz edilmesi uygulanan yöntemlerdendir. Fowler-Stephens işleminin başarısı % 80'i geçmemesine karşılık ototransplantasyonda % 90'ı geçen başarı oranları bildirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada mikrovasküler ototransplantasyon yöntemi ile tedavi
